Yesterday, I had the great honour of speaking at one of @amanda welliver's self esteem workshops for teenagers at the Aboriginal reserve near Cold Lake. Now, this girl knows how to put on a great self esteem workshop! Wow is all I can say - for people who tell me content is king, she is the king of kings; and I was only at her level 1 workshop, I can't imagine how kickass level 2 and 3 are.

This past weekend i had the honour of speaking to 130 11-15 year old teenagers about self esteem. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to the girls. I started the session with a bang by asking the girls, who thought they were ugly and about half the girls put up their hands. When I asked the girls who thought they were beautiful, only about 20 girls out of 130 put up their hands. While I was a little surprised, it confirmed what I thought might be true.
